Customize elements generated in Sketches

I’d like to be able to decide what appears in a Sketch before it gets generated. For example, I’d like to create IG posts that only have a background and a generated visual, without headlines, logos, CTA, or any additional design elements. Sometimes I might want a headline too but only one, not a combo of pre-header + headline + subheadline.

I know I can currently work around this by simply editing a generated Sketch - removing the elements I don’t want. But this feature would remove the extra steps needed.
